Services Provided

Elder Law is a complex area of law that combines legal issues, social services issues, and healthcare.  As an elder law attorney my goal is to help you attain your highest degree of autonomy and self-determination.  My philosophy is to provide as much information as possible to clients before you need it, before there is a crisis so when the unexpected occurs you have the tools to make your wishes known.

What do I need?

  • Will preparation
  • Planning for incapacity
    • Power of Attorney
    • Medical Directives
  • Guardianships
  • Conservatorships
  • Hospital Discharge
  • Review Assisted Living and Nursing Home Admissions agreements
  • Appeal Assisted Living and Nursing Home discharges
  • Home visits whenever possible

If you can't answer any of these questions make an appointment for a consultation today:

  • I know who I want to make decisions if I am unable to do so.
    • I have placed my desire in writing.
    • That person knows what I want to them to do if I am not able to speak for myself.
  • If I were to become disabled and need skilled nursing care for an extended period of time, I know how I will pay for the care.
  • When I die, my loved ones know what I want to happen with my estate because  I have a current will prepared by an attorney.
